Ohio Farm Bureau Medicare Supplement and HIPAA Members

Nationwide Insurance^® and the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF) have worked together to serve Ohio citizens since 1925 when Nationwide was founded in Columbus, Ohio, as the Farm Bureau Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. The company opened for business with a three-person staff and 20 volunteer agents in April 1926, and initially sold auto insurance to Ohio farmers. In 1955, the company adopted its current name.

If you are a current Ohio Farm Bureau (OFB) Medicare Supplement or HIPAA plan member and would like to pay your premium online, please have your member number handy.

Member numbers can be found on your plan ID card or on your billing statement if you receive a paper bill.  If you cannot locate your member number or the one you enter is not accepted, contact a member service representative at 1-800-299-6080.
