Ariba is Nationwide’s Spend Management Platform and our system of record for invoicing. In order to submit invoices to Nationwide, suppliers must be registered on the Ariba Network. To register, please contact NWHelp@nationwide.com.

To better enable fast, efficient business decisions, Procurement has established a Preferred Supplier Program with select suppliers.

These suppliers are selected carefully and thoughtfully, and are determined at Nationwide’s discretion. Participation in Nationwide’s Preferred Supplier Program is not guaranteed for any duration or any specific contracts.

Nationwide utilizes a combination of contingent staffing models with various professional services suppliers.

Both professional services suppliers and contingent workers provided by said suppliers are expected to abide by all Nationwide policies and guidelines, including those laid out in the Supplier Code of Conduct and the Contingent Worker Handbook.

The contingent staffing models are employed at Nationwide’s discretion to supplement our full-time workforce as appropriate.
