Jessica Dowdy

Jessica Dowdy is Vice President of Nationwide Business Solutions Group, which offers customized corporate- and bank-owned life insurance products to institutional clients. She has responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, underwriting, product and business development, retention and operations.

Jessica joined Nationwide 26 years ago. Prior to this role, she was an Expense Controller supporting Nationwide Finance. She also has experience in Individual Life, Retirement Solutions and Individual Annuities.

Jessica is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. She also has obtained her FINRA Series 6 and 26 licenses as well as the following designations: Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®); Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI®); Fellow, Financial Services Institute (FFSI®); Associate, Insurance Regulatory Compliance (AIRC®); Associate, Customer Service (ACS®); and Registered Corporate Coach (RCC®).

Jessica currently serves on the board as well as the finance committee for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Ohio and is on the Finseca Women’s Advisory Board. She volunteers as a parochial teacher, helping educate youth at her local church. She and her husband, Blair, reside in Columbus, Ohio, with their three children, Kellen, Aiden and Camden.
