Learn how to apply for Nationwide’s sponsorship of nonprofit events
We accept requests for nonprofit event sponsorships every year. We encourage nonprofits to submit requests 90 days prior to an event. When submitting a request, please provide the signed Statement of Nondiscrimination. You’ll be prompted to upload this form during the application process.
Note: If you applied for a nonprofit sponsorship prior to 2019, you'll need to "Create your password" as a first-time user, as we've implemented a new system since then.
