Nationwide Fund Advisors Proxy Voting Policy
Nationwide Fund Advisors (NFA) is an SEC-registered investment advisor that is a manager of managers, which includes selecting subadvisers to provide investment advice and portfolio management services to the NMF and NVIT Funds (“the Funds”). As the adviser to the Funds, NFA has responsibility for and authority to vote proxies. NFA generally delegates its proxy voting authority to the Funds’ subadvisers pursuant to subadvisory agreements, placing the responsibility for and authority to vote proxies with the relevant subadviser on each Fund. NFA’s Proxy Voting Policy (PDF) is provided here on this website, along with the proxy voting policy of each subadviser with respect to the Fund it subadvises. The policies should be considered together — that of NFA and of each particular subadviser for a given Fund — but are provided here in their individual forms.
