Account setup and password reset help

Did you know many of your questions and transactions can be handled from your online account? If you don’t have an online account, here’s how to get one:

  • Get your Plan account number from your statement
  • Click/tap the Log in link at the top of the page
  • Under Log in / Sign up, select Retirement plans from the list
  • Click/tap Sign up for an online account >>
  • Enter all the required (*) information
  • Click/tap the Continue button to proceed through the process

If you need to reset your password, here’s how:

  • Click/tap the Log in link at the top of the page
  • Under Log in / Sign up, select Retirement plans from the list
  • Click/tap Forgot username/password >>
  • Enter all required (*) information
  • Click/tap the Continue button to proceed through the process

Navigating our planning tools and investment exchanges

Once you’ve logged in to your account, you’ll have immediate access to My Interactive Retirement PlannerSM, a tool that helps you estimate how on track you are for retirement.

You have access to a host of online features to help you manage your account, including updating your contribution amounts and making fund exchanges. To make changes to your investments:

  • Click/tap the Log in link at the top of the page
  • Under Log in / Sign up, select Retirement plans from the list
  • Enter your Username & Password and click/tap the Log in button
  • From the menu select Manage Funds
  • Select Exchange Funds
  • Click/tap the Continue button
  • Select the fund From which you would like to move your money
  • Click/tap the Continue button
  • For each fund you’d like to move money To, enter a percentage

    Notes: To see more funds, you may have to click/tap the Next button. Your percentages must add up to 100%.

  • Click/tap the Continue button
  • Review your changes and click/tap the Submit button

There is an Excessive Trading Policy that may restrict to the number of exchanges you can complete per year. If you have questions you can contact your Financial Professional or Nationwide.
